Staying Healthy Muffins lean Turkey
ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey
3 egg whites
1 cup quick cooking oats dried
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon thyme
2 mustard yellow c
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chipotle chile spices
1 teaspoon salt (leave this)
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
preparation
Preheat oven to 375 and prepare muffin pan with cooking spray or coat with olive oil.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. With the mixture into balls and place each in the muffin tin. Bake for 40 minutes or cooked.
Makes 12 muffins
